Industrial/Organizational Psychology Students
Hannah Perkins Stark is a 5th year doctoral candidate in LSU's I/O program working with Dr. Brossoit in
the SNEWS lab. Her research interests include the application of advanced research
methodologies to examine employee well-being and the work/non-work interface. Outside
of school, she enjoys doing yoga, listening to the Crime Junkie podcast, and renovating
her “fixer-upper”.
Tyler Cowley is a 5th year Industrial/organizational psychology student working with Dr. Zhang.
He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
His research interests include risk-taking at work, judgement and decision-making,
personality, and selection. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time, hiking, exploring
the city, and watching sporting events.
Katelyn Reeves is a 3rd year student in the I/O Psychology Ph.D. Program. She received her psychology
undergraduate degree with a business minor from California State University - Fresno
in 2022. Her research interests include personnel selection, sleep, risk perceptions,
and workplace safety. She loves walking in nature, gaming, watching shows, and embroidery.
Sydney Roux is a 3rd year graduate student in the I/O Psychology program. She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina where she received her B.S. in Psychology and her B.A. in Organizational Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her current research interests involve diversity in leadership regarding gender and racial disparities. When Sydney isn't working on research, she enjoys weightlifting, reading the latest #booktok recommendations in the romance and horror/thriller genres, and playing video games.
Niloufar (Nilou) Dodangeh (she/her) is a 1st year Industrial-Organizational Psychology student on Dr. Zhang's
team. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University
of Virginia, where she also earned a Master of Commerce, with a concentration in Marketing
and Management. In addition, she holds a second master's degree in General Psychology
from the Azad University. Her research interests include personnel selection, employee
interviews, risk-taking, and personality.
